This lie down audio will focus on the actor's pre-performance preparations. It will include a practice of preparing the actor's instrument, body and voice, as well as the nervous stimulus of performing in front of an audience.
Alexander Technique is accepted as a series of lifestyle modification techniques affecting the bodymind through a series of lessons.
